2. Order Cutoff Time

  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EAT – East Africa Time).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing the following business day.

3. Delivery Timeline

Our estimated Total Delivery Time for all destinations in Kenya is 1–4 business days. This is calculated based on the following components as configured in our shipping system:

  • Handling Time: 0 – 1 Business Day (Mon – Sat). This is the time between order placement and when the shipment is ready for transit.

  • Transit Time: 1 – 3 Business Days (Mon – Sat). This is the time it takes the carrier to deliver the product to your door.

Note: Delivery estimates are based on business days and may be adjusted for Kenyan public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

We provide simple and transparent pricing for all our products:

  • Shipping Rate: Flat Rate of 1000 KES for all orders.
