1. Where is Mnm Medical Supplies located? Our main office is located in the Nairobi CBD at Gaborone Road, Gaberone Plaza, 9th Floor, Shop J8, Nairobi, Kenya. While we primarily operate online, you can visit us for order inquiries or authorized returns.

2. How much does shipping cost within Kenya? We offer a simple Flat Rate of 1000 KES for all orders, regardless of the destination within Kenya or the number of items in your cart.

3. How long will it take to receive my medical supplies? Our total delivery time is 1–4 business days. We process orders (Handling Time) within 0–1 business days, and our couriers deliver (Transit Time) within 1–3 business days. We ship from Monday to Saturday.

4. What is the daily cutoff time for same-day processing? Our order cutoff time is 5:00 PM (EAT). Orders placed before 5:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the following business day.

5. Do I need to create an account to buy from your website? No. To make your shopping experience as fast as possible, no login or account registration is required. You can simply add items to your cart and proceed to our secure guest checkout.

6. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Because we handle medical equipment, items must be unopened and in their original factory packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.

7. How do I get a refund if I return an item? Once your return is inspected and approved at our Nairobi office, we will process your refund within 5 business days. The funds will be sent back to your original payment method (M-Pesa or Bank/Card).
