We accept a wide range of secure payment options via our Paystack gateway:

  • Mobile Money (STK Push): We support M-Pesa, M-Pesa Till, and Airtel Money. During checkout, you will receive an automatic prompt on your mobile device to authorize the transaction via your PIN.

  • Cards: We accept all major Credit and Debit cards (Visa and Mastercard).

  • Bank to Bank Transfer: Direct deposits to our business account are accepted.

  • Cash on Delivery (CoD): This service is available exclusively for orders within Nairobi County.

2. Pricing and Transparency

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you see on the product page is the final price. Mnm Medical Supplies does not charge additional VAT or hidden transaction fees at checkout.

  • Shipping Fee: A flat-rate delivery fee of 1,000 KES is applied to all orders during the checkout process.

3. Regional Availability (COD)

To ensure the safe handling and professional handover of medical equipment, Cash on Delivery is strictly limited to shipping addresses within Nairobi. For all other regions across Kenya, please utilize our automated mobile money or card payment options to facilitate immediate courier dispatch.

4. Payment Security

Your financial security is our top priority. All transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted gateways. Mnm Medical Supplies does not store your mobile money PINs, credit card numbers, or private banking credentials.
