4. Shipping & Delivery

Our shipping practices are governed by our Standard Shipping for Kenya policy:

  • Shipping Rate: A flat rate of 1000 KES applies to all orders within Kenya.

  • Delivery Timeline: Estimated delivery is 1–4 business days.

  • Order Cutoff: 5:00 PM (EAT). Orders placed after this time will be processed the next business day.

  • Operation Days: We process and ship orders Monday through Saturday.

5. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is our priority. Our return process is as follows:

  • Return Window: 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be unopened and in original packaging to ensure hygiene and safety standards.

  • Fees: We offer Free return shipping and No Restocking Fees.

  • Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method.
